Experience

Experience: Graduated from the Silesian University in Katowice, majoring in psychology (2023) and philosophical counselling and coaching. Studied cognitive sciences at the University of Silesia and Jagiellonian University (studied within the framework of Individualised Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of Silesia). She has been working with neurodiverse children for 7 years and has gained experience through workshops and individual educational and psychoeducational sessions. She also did her internship in a primary school and worked with children and adolescents during holidays. She gained clinical experience working with patients at the SP ZOZ psychiatric hospital in Toszek. She is associated with academic activities, co-operating with the Jagiellonian University as a researcher, conducting research in the field of neuroscience. She wants to continue her doctoral studies in neuroscience, dealing with neurodiversity and methods of its support, especially in the field of executive function support.
Treatment
Treatment: Provides psychological counselling for children (from 13 years of age), adolescents and adults. Supports minors on the autism spectrum. She diagnoses ADHD in adults.
Training and scientific works
Training: interested in the topic of neurodiversity for several years, has completed two trainings on diagnosis and therapy of ADHD and RAS (“DIAGNOSTICS AND THERAPY OF ADHD IN CHILDREN AND ADULTS”, “DIAGNOSTICS AND THERAPY IN THE AUTISM SPECTRE” – the trainings took place at POINT OF VIEW – Centrum Poznawczo-Behavioral in Bielsko-Biala).She has participated in a number of scientific conferences, including:

On the future of cognitive science with industry masters” UMCS – active participation, report: “Brain-computer interface (BCI) and opportunities to support people with ADHD”.- National Scientific and Methodological Conference “School before the Challenges of Modernity”. Active participation: “AI-Innovative Education: Will Artificial Intelligence Make a Revolution in School?”.- NEURONUS, neuroscience forum, active participation: “Individual differences in procrastination: neurophysiological and behavioural correlates of stimulus processing, response inhibition and error monitoring”, and participation in a flashtalk session on the same project.- Young Psychology, Cardinal Wyszynski University in Warsaw, active participation: “Will I really do it tomorrow? Individual differences in procrastination: neurophysiological and behavioural correlates of stimulus processing, response inhibition and error monitoring”. Other: she is personally interested in alternative forms of support and therapies, she is close to the idea of holistic human development. Due to her education she is developing in the field of philosophical counselling and philosophy, she is particularly interested in the aspect of existentialism and modern dimensions of spiritual development. In psychology she is interested in psychosomatics and neuropsychology (she hopes to be able to develop academically in the latter soon).
