Treatment: I work with adolescents from 16 years of age and adults, offering psychological consultations, therapeutic support, and assessments in Polish and English.

I support individuals experiencing:

  • anxiety,
  • chronic stress,
  • emotional overload,
  • low mood,
  • and life crises related to, among other things, change, relationships, or feelings of loss.
  • I also help individuals struggling with:
  • low self-esteem,
  • difficulty setting boundaries,
  • burnout,
  • and relationship problems.

I also work with individuals who suspect they have ADHD or have been diagnosed.

My approach is based on empathy, mindfulness, and authentic connection. I strive to create a safe space where you can better understand yourself, your emotions, and the mechanisms of your actions. I support you in regaining a sense of empowerment, building balance, and implementing real changes in your daily life. In her work, she utilizes evidence-based therapeutic methods, particularly cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), adapting her approach to each individual’s needs.
