Experience: She holds a degree in psychology from the University of Wrocław. During her studies she did her internship at the Department of Haematology, Blood Tumours and Bone Marrow Transplantation of the University Clinical Hospital and at the Clinical Psychiatric Ward of the Military Clinical Hospital in Wrocław. Shortly after graduation, she completed her internship and training at the Crisis Intervention Centre in Wrocław. Her experience includes several years of working in crisis intervention, as part of prevention and education programmes implemented by the Neuromed Neuropsychiatry Centre. This support was addressed to people in difficult life situations (violence, addictions, losses, death, illnesses, conflicts, relationship problems, crises in various spheres of life). She also has a primary school placement and several years of experience working with children in primary schools, in the age range of 6-10 years. She has mainly worked with children with a disability certificate, autism spectrum disorders. She is also a family educator. She co-directed a family strengthening programme with children and their carers.More recently, she has been involved in psychological support for medical professionals experiencing primarily the problem of professional burnout. She provided psychoeducation and counselling in the field of health psychology. That is, in topics such as: emotions and stress – coping, professional burnout, health-promoting lifestyles (e.g. the impact of physical state on mental state), effective communication.
