What are the indications for laser treatment?

Laser scar reduction provides relief for women who struggle with the discomfort caused by an abnormally fused perineum whose incision was made at birth. Laser treatments will help to alleviate the scar. Similarly, the laser has an effect on the scar after a Caesarean section – it becomes shallower and less visible.
However, it should be remembered that the effect achieved and the regeneration of the skin are an individual matter for each woman.

What does laser incontinence treatment look like?

For women struggling with stress urinary incontinence, laser treatment can also provide relief. The laser head is inserted into the vagina in a special sheath, which allows the beam to be spread evenly across the front wall of the vagina, which is adjacent to the bladder. This shrinks the collagen fibres and stimulates collagen production. As a result, the vaginal mucosa becomes thicker, tougher and more elastic at the same time, which provides great support for the bladder and urethra.
