Specialisation: Psychologist and addiction psychotherapist.

Experience: He is a certified psychologist, a graduate of the SWPS University of Humanities and Social Sciences, and a Certified Specialist in Addiction Psychotherapy obtained during training at the Polish Society for the Prevention of Drug Addiction in Katowice. He gained his professional experience working, among others, at the MONAR Addiction Treatment, Therapy and Rehabilitation Center in Gracze, at the Addiction Treatment Center in Czarny Bór, experience in working with addicted youth at the House of Hope Center in Gliwice and with people in difficult life situations at the Social Welfare Center in Polkowice.

Treatment

Treatment: Admits adults for addiction therapy, psychological consultation and psychotherapy. Offers a collaborative Drinking Reduction Programme for people who have a problem with alcohol abuse but don’t want to quit, and work with people with problematic addictive behaviours such as gambling or using new technology. He also provides a diagnosis of ADHD.

Training and scientific works

Main area of interest: His entire professional and university career has been directed towards helping people affected by addiction and suffering from alcohol or psychoactive substance use.

Other: In his work, he pays particular attention to the relationship with the patient and to making them feel comfortable and safe in their contact with him.
