Experience
Specialization: Psychologist.
Education: He completed a master’s degree in psychology at SWPS University in Wrocław. He is currently in the first year of a comprehensive psychotherapy course in the systemic-Ericksonian approach.
Experience: He gained professional experience at the Raduga Foundation, among others, where he conducted diagnostic interviews, coordinated specialist support, and worked individually and in groups. He currently works as a psychologist at a Day Care Center.
Treatment
Treatment: As a psychologist, he offers psychological support and diagnostic consultations. He works with adults and adolescents from the age of 14.
He is particularly passionate about working with older adults. He supports those who experience memory loss or other difficulties in daily functioning, helping them better understand their causes and find ways to cope. He offers consultations on cognitive functioning and emotional support in coping with changes related to age, loneliness, or low mood. If necessary, he also assists in seeking further assessment from appropriate specialists. He works primarily through conversation and experience. He helps clients better understand their situation, emotions, and patterns of behavior, as well as discover their own resources and coping methods.
In my work, I take an individual approach – together with the client, we define the goals of the meetings and the pace of work, tailored to their needs and capabilities. It is important to me to create a safe, trusting relationship that provides the foundation for implementing real change. I especially welcome individuals experiencing crisis, feelings of confusion, difficulty coping with stress and anxiety, low mood, relationship problems, and difficulty expressing emotions. Depending on their needs, I incorporate elements of mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral techniques, particularly in working with tension and emotional difficulties.
Another important area of my work is support for men – both individually and in groups. I lead a men’s circle and assist them in working on emotions, relationships, identity, and navigating various life roles.
