Education: She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with a clinical specialization from the University of Wrocław. She is currently completing a four-year psychotherapy program at the Wrocław Foundation for Mental Health and Psychotherapy.

Experience: She gained professional experience during internships at the Lower Silesian Mental Health Center and the Psychological and Pedagogical Counseling Center No. 1. She also provides psychological consultations at the Lower Silesian Academy of Development and Psychotherapy and the Inspira Foundation.

Treatment

Treatment: Her approach is most closely aligned with the integrative approach, which incorporates the principles of numerous schools of psychotherapy, drawing on the most valuable insights from various therapeutic methods. In her work with clients, she focuses on creating a space where the experienced difficulties can be safely explored. During sessions, she helps clients explore new meanings, discover different ways of understanding their own experiences, and explore new possibilities for action.
