Treatment: I work with adults. My primary approach is a systemic, solution-focused approach. I help clients increase their awareness of their emotions, improve their ability to regulate them, and build self-esteem. I conduct psychological sessions in Polish.
Training and scientific works
Training and Research: She is currently completing comprehensive psychotherapy training in the systemic-Ericksonian approach at the Wrocław Institute of Psychotherapy. She has completed a one-year Family Therapy Program offered by the Lower Silesian Psychotherapy Center and a basic Solution-Focused Therapy course. She has also completed training in helping individuals experiencing suicidal crisis, working with individuals experiencing homelessness, and the Open Dialogue method. She receives regular supervision.
Other: In her work with clients, she focuses on the client’s resources and needs. Her work is based on an authentic relationship with the client, empathy, trust, and the belief that everyone has potential to be tapped. She works with the client to build self-esteem and find individual solutions to their problems.
