Approach: Strand: Integrative (combines the cognitive-behavioural strand of third-wave ACT, art therapy, Jungian archetypes and psychosomatics).
Specialisation: Psychologist, crisis interventionist, in training as a Jungian psychotherapist.
Experience: Graduated in applied psychology from Jagiellonian University and in crisis intervention from ITPB in Wrocław.
Treatment
Treatment: Works with adults. She helps individuals to explore the psychological causes of their bodily symptoms and illnesses, to increase their sense of self-worth and to recognise their emotions. As a crisis intervener, she provides psychological support to people in crisis: in bereavement, loss of a close relationship or health, traumatic experience. She also helps Ukrainians to adapt to life in Poland due to the war.
Training and scientific works
Training and academic work: She takes an active part in training courses, in-depth courses on “How to increase self-esteem and psychological flexibility”.
Other: Believes that each person is an individual, therefore uses techniques from different streams in her work, also inspired by mindfulness, Buddhist philosophy and cinema. She believes that each individual is authentic and unique and therefore bases her psychological work mainly on knowing, understanding and appreciating oneself.
