Specialisation: Specialist in psychiatry.

Experience: She is a medical specialist in adult psychiatry. She also completed postgraduate studies at the SWPS university in Wrocław in the field of psychodietetics. She gained her professional experience in the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders by working in the psychiatric hospital of the current DCZP in the inpatient and day wards and by working for many years in a mental health clinic – among others, the Psychogeriatric Clinic. Since the beginning of her professional path, she has been associated with the Lower Silesian Centre for Mental Health in Wrocław at W.J.C. St. Korzeniowskiego( 2005-2015 ). For the last years of her professional path she worked in the Day Unit III General Psychiatric DCZP.

Treatment

Treatment: She only accepts adults. Her approach to supporting and helping patients is also guided by consideration of their lifestyle and the impact on their mental state. She is close to the approach of Lifestyle Medicine and its tenets – the use of behavioural, medical, motivational and environmental approaches in the prevention, treatment and reversal of lifestyle-dependent diseases in clinical practice and the public health field.

Training and scientific works

Membership: She is a member of the Polish Psychiatric Society and the Polish Society for Lifestyle Medicine.

Other: She has completed a professional internship at the Institute of Psychodietetics in Wrocław and training in this field. She is also interested in neurodevelopmental disorders in adults in her professional practice.
