Experience: She is a graduate of the Medical University of Wroclaw and also studied at the Medical University of Gdansk. She works at the Lower Silesian Centre for Mental Health in Wrocław, where she is pursuing a specialisation programme in psychiatry. She is gaining her professional experience working in the 24-hour wards, detoxification wards, day ward and consulting patients in the emergency room.

Treatment: Accepts adults for psychiatric consultations. Also offers home consultations. Also consults in English. Problems such as stress, depression, schizophrenia, bipolar affective disorder, Alzheimer’s disease, addictions, phobias, concentration disorders, sleep disorders, behavioural disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, memory disorders, personality disorders can be referred to her. Her choice of pharmacotherapy is guided by its efficacy and tolerance of treatment. It is important for her to build a relationship with the patient based on mutual trust and respect. She takes an individual approach to each patient.

Training and academic work: She expands and updates her knowledge by attending training courses and conferences on mental health issues.

Other: In addition to appropriately selected pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy, lifestyle is of great importance in the topic of mental health, including, among other things, sleep hygiene, emotions and regular physical activity adapted to the condition.
