Experience
Specialisation: Specialist in general surgery and oncological surgery.
Experience: Graduated in 2005 with a specialisation in general surgery and two years later in oncological surgery. He worked for 20 years in the First Department of Oncological Surgery of the Lower Silesian Oncology Centre and the Department of Oncology of the Medical University of Wrocław.
Treatment
Treatment: Admits adults and adolescents over 15 years of age. Specialises in the surgical treatment of breast cancer patients, carried out as part of combination therapy. He offers oncoplastic surgery to cure malignant breast tumours while maintaining a good aesthetic effect and simultaneous breast correction (reduction, lift, symmetry of the other breast using a range of surgical methods). He deals with breast reconstruction using silicone implants and own tissues – performed simultaneously with breast amputation if necessary or deferred – in ladies who have had a mastectomy in the past. He offers consultations for benign breast diseases and skin lesions and surgical treatment.
Information from the Doctor: I do not perform diagnostic or screening breast examinations – I suggest you see a radiologist for this purpose. An in-house assessment of the lesion on ultrasound helps me to biopsy the tumour, propose surgery and find the lesion during surgery.

Training and academic work: Professional formation includes fellowships and internships in surgical clinics in Germany, Italy and Israel, numerous training courses in Poland and abroad.
Author of monograph: Treatment of oncoplastic patients with breast cancer – own experience.
Other: He applies the skills he has acquired in practice. He pays attention not only to the technical proficiency required in the surgical field, but also to the contact with the patient and the appropriate qualification for optimal treatment and safe conduct through the perioperative period.
