Specialisation: Specialist in paediatrics and paediatric cardiology.

Experience: After obtaining her medical degree, she worked for 6 years at the Department of Neonatology of the Wrocław Medical University, where she defended her doctoral thesis in 2007. For many years she has been a senior assistant in the Pediatric Cardiology Department of the Provincial Specialist Hospital in Wrocław.

Treatment

Treatment: Admits children and adolescents for cardiology consultations. Performs ultrasound examination of the heart.

Training and scientific works

Training and scientific works: She is the author of the translation and scientific editing of an excerpt from the textbook “Clinical Consultation in Paediatrics, Vol. 2 ” and the author of the book entitled. “Atlas of Neonatology”. She has published dozens of articles in specialist medical journals (topics: neonatology, history of interventional cardiology, eponyms in cardiology).

Membership: She is a member of the Paediatric Cardiology Section of the Polish Society of Cardiology and the French Society for the History of Medicine.

Other: Winner of the Prof. Zbigniew Religa Science Prize in 2016 for her book ‘Columbians. Cardiology in Eponyms’.
