Experience: She is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at the Piastów Śląskich Medical Academy in Wrocław. She gained her professional experience working in a psychiatric hospital, both inpatient and day wards, in addiction treatment centres and in mental health and addiction treatment clinics.

Treatment

Treatment: It is specifically concerned with the treatment of alcohol, other psychoactive substance and behavioural addictions in both adults and adolescents.

Training and scientific works

Training and academic work: She continues to expand her knowledge by attending conferences and trainings, and subjects her therapeutic work to regular supervision. She currently has an open doctoral thesis at the Medical University of Wrocław. She is involved in didactic activities, conducting trainings in the field of psychiatry and addictions. During her professional work she has had the pleasure of being the author or co-author of publications in the field of psychiatry.

Other: She recognises that the human being is a whole and that treating the patient is a process in which the emotional sphere and physical health are important in addition to the use of pharmacology. What is important to her is the relationship with the patient and mutual respect and kindness. She makes sure that this relationship gives patients a sense of security and that patients understand the causes of their complaints and the associated treatment plan and actively participate in it.
