Position: Clinical Trial Manager.

Education: She completed postgraduate studies in Clinical Trials – Design, Organization, and Implementation at the Medical University of Wrocław. She previously earned a Master’s degree in Management and Marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Law at the WSB Merito University in Wrocław.

Experience: She has been involved in the clinical trials industry since 2021. She began her career as a clinical trial coordinator, gaining practical experience in implementing projects in Phases I–IV across various therapeutic areas. Over the years, she has participated in dozens of studies, developing competencies in project management, patient recruitment and care, and collaboration with research teams and sponsors.

Area of activity

Work: She is currently responsible for the organization and development of the clinical trial center at Ginemedica. Her key responsibilities include contracting new projects, negotiating budgets, meeting feasibility studies, and overseeing the center’s quality and process compliance with applicable regulations. She focuses on developing the center’s services in the areas of gynecology, psychiatry, dermatology, diabetology, and family medicine.

Training: She regularly improves her qualifications by participating in professional training and courses.
