Experience: For several years, she has been working with individuals struggling with crisis, difficult emotions, addictions, and the consequences of traumatic experiences. In her work, she draws on the knowledge gained from her psychology studies and numerous training courses, including Solution-Focused Therapy (TFT) and Schema Therapy. She also completed postgraduate studies in clinical sexology, psychotraumatology, and addiction psychology, which allows her to approach patients’ difficulties holistically, taking into account both the mind and body.

Treatment

Treatment: She specializes in helping individuals experiencing emotional crises, traumatic experiences, relationship difficulties, and sexual issues. She works with individuals and couples seeking to regain intimacy and improve communication. Each session is tailored to the individual patient’s needs – she believes that the pace, methods, and tools should always be tailored to the individual.

She combines psychological knowledge with various therapeutic approaches. This allows her to not only help reduce symptoms but also support patients in accessing the sources of their difficulties and implementing real, lasting change.
