Education: She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and a postgraduate diploma in Transport Psychology. She is currently developing her skills through a 4-year cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy course, as well as postgraduate diplomas in Social Skills Trainer and career counseling and coaching.

Experience: She gains experience working individually with clients and conducting psychoeducational workshops and training. She also has extensive experience working with individuals in the areas of team management, competency development, and coaching, which strengthens her approach to psychological work.

Treatment

Treatment: I work primarily with adults and adolescents aged 16 and over, supporting them in coping with emotional difficulties, stress, and personal and professional development. I utilize elements of a cognitive-behavioral approach and coaching tools in my work. I provide support in areas such as low mood, emotional difficulties, stress, burnout, relationship problems, low self-esteem, and difficulty making career decisions.

I place particular emphasis on building safe, trusting relationships and individually tailoring support to the client’s needs.
