We live fast-paced lives. Daily life is often filled with responsibilities, stress, and constant rushing, making it increasingly difficult to hear our own needs and cultivate inner peace. A mindfulness course is an invitation to pause, breathe consciously, and return to the present moment—a place where we can find greater balance, peace, and mindfulness.

Mindfulness in Ginemedica

At Ginemedica, we believe that caring for your health isn’t just about caring for your body, but also for your mind and emotions. That’s why we’ve created a mindfulness course that supports participants in building greater mental balance, stress resilience, and better connection with yourself.

During the 8-week program, you’ll learn practical mindfulness tools that will help you better manage stress, build greater emotional balance, and approach yourself and others with greater kindness. This course is based on proven methods of working with breath, body, and awareness – available for both beginners and those who want to deepen their practice.

An additional Practice Day (a retreat day) is also an integral part of the course – a unique retreat allowing you to pause, deepen your mindfulness experience, and fully immerse yourself in the practice of mindfulness.

Basic information about classes

Mindfulness classes are a comprehensive program encompassing a total of 22 hours of workshops. Meetings are held at our location at 1/5 Krawiecka Street, in the center of Wrocław (near Galeria Dominikańska).

Yes. The course is suitable for both beginners and those who have already practiced mindfulness and want to deepen it. All exercises are introduced gradually, in a safe and accessible way.

No. You don’t need any prior experience or special skills. Just an open mind, a willingness to stick around, and a willingness to practice regularly.

Yes, we encourage short daily practice sessions between classes. Participants receive materials and recordings that support independent work and help consolidate new skills.

The practice day is a crucial element of the course, as it allows you to deepen your mindfulness experience. We encourage you to participate, but if you are unable to attend for a compelling reason, this will not prevent you from completing the course.

Meetings take place according to the course schedule, while the internship day can take place in person or online – we will make the decision together with the group.

All you need is comfortable clothing, an open mind, and a willingness to take care of yourself.

Yes. Each participant who completes the course will receive a Mindfulness Course Completion Certificate.
