Experience: Constantly expanding her knowledge and gaining experience in psychotherapy at the Krakow Psychodynamic Center, participating in a 4-year postgraduate training recommended by the Polish Psychological Association and the Polish Association of Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. She holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Wrocław. She did her clinical practice in the 2nd day psychiatric department of the Lower Silesian Mental Health Center in Wrocław.
Treatment
Treatment: Works individually with adults. She provides help for personality disorders (borderline, narcissistic, schizoid, paranoid, depressive, masochistic, depressive and compulsive, histrionic, addictive personalities). She also works with people who struggle with lack of life and work satisfaction, low self-esteem, feelings of emptiness, problems maintaining stable and satisfying relationships, and other difficulties in daily life that cause distress. “In the initial sessions, we explore the difficulties that have prompted the patient to therapy and try to understand how they are functioning in different areas of their life. We then define together the goals of therapy and the terms of our co-operation. During the therapeutic work proper, we focus on exploring the patient’s inner world and his conflicts by analysing the free associations he makes during the sessions.”

Professional Development: Attends conferences and seminars on patient care.Membership: works in accordance with the ethical principles of the Polish Society for Psychodynamic Psychotherapy to which he belongs, which also means that he subordinates his work to supervision: In the therapeutic relationship he adheres to neutrality, treats each person with respect, considers each person individually and impartially. The therapeutic process in the psychodynamic current is understood as a relationship between two people in dialogue, during the therapeutic session.
