Experience: A graduate of the Uniform Master’s Degree in Psychology, University of Wroclaw (specialisation – clinical psychology of children and youth) and postgraduate studies in Pedagogical Preparation. She gained her professional experience co-leading sociotherapy of children and adolescents in Lower Silesia Centre for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy SUPER- ego and working as a school psychologist in primary schools. She currently works at Primary School No. 74 in Wrocław, where she conducts, among others, consultations for students and parents, group and individual classes developing emotional and social competences. She also conducts individual psychological therapy for pupils with a statement on the need for special education and difficulties in emotional regulation.

Treatment

Treatment: Provides psychological counselling for 14 to 30 year olds with emotion regulation difficulties, conduct disorders, mild intellectual disabilities, experiencing anxiety and low self-esteem. Provides psychological and pedagogical counselling for parents.

Training and scientific works

Training: She regularly invests in training in psychological support, diagnosis and psychotherapeutic techniques. As of January 2023, she is starting a four-year training psychotherapeutic training in the cognitive-behavioural approach.Other: In conducting consultations, she is guided primarily by the ethics of the psychological profession, empathy, openness, sensitivity and respect. Her work focuses on establishing rapport, providing a sense of safety and acceptance. She helps to understand behaviours, perceived emotions and implement changes to support the proper development of children and adolescents.
