Education: Graduated in Pharmacy at the Medical University of Wrocław, Food Technology and Human Nutrition at the Wrocław University of Life Sciences.

Treatment

Treatment: In dietetic practice, she focuses on people who want to improve their eating habits. She provides dietary support to overweight and obese people, as well as those with insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, irritable bowel syndrome and women with polycystic ovary syndrome. She helps oncology patients to establish an optimal diet during treatment and recovery from cancer therapy. 

In her psychodietetic practice she is involved in helping people with eating disorders: anorexia, bulimia, and overeating attacks. She also supports parents in building healthy habits in children and adolescents. 

Main area of interest: Interests include the influence of dietary factors on the risk of developing non-communicable diseases, drug-food interactions and appetite regulation.

Training and scientific works

Training and academic work: She has completed a number of training courses in psychodietetic support, including a psychodietetic internship at the Institute of Psychodietetics in Wrocław. She has been working scientifically and didactically in the field of dietetics for several years.

Membership: Member of the Committee on Human Nutrition Science at the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Polish Society of Dietetics.
