Experience: She completed one-cycle MA studies at the SWPS University in Wrocław – clinical specialty and Pedagogical Preparation for Psychologists at DSW. Currently, she is participating in a 4-year comprehensive training in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at the Academy of Motivation and Education in Warsaw. She gained her professional experience working at the Center for Applied Research on Health and Health Behaviors, she also volunteered at the day ward at the Lower Silesian Mental Health Center. Currently, she works as a psychologist in an integrated kindergarten and provides psychological consultations and psychotherapy.
Treatment: Provides psychological consultations and psychotherapy to adults and adolescents. She works with patients struggling with mood disorders, depression, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, phobias, experiencing life crises and various difficulties. It supports people experiencing: difficulties in relationships, low self-esteem, decreased motivation. In the therapeutic relationship, she cares about creating a safe and empathic space where the Patient can share their experiences. She is guided by an individual approach and attentiveness to other people.
Membership: She is a member of the Polish Society of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy.
