Specialization: Physiotherapist.
Experience: She graduated from the Medical University in Wrocław, where she obtained a master’s degree in physiotherapy. She specializes in physiotherapy of women, mainly pregnant and postpartum women. She is a certified urogynecological therapist with PTUG accreditation.
Treatment: Urogynecological physiotherapy: urinary incontinence, hyperreactive bladder, painful menstruation, pelvic pain, rectus abdominal muscle dehiscence, scar therapy, organ depression, postpartum therapy and sexual dysfunction (vaginismus, anorgasmia, vulvodynia, dyspareunia). Physiotherapy for pregnant women: preparation for pregnancy, training in pregnancy and preparation for childbirth. In working with patients, she cares about building awareness of her own body and understanding by the patients the mechanisms causing their problems, so that it would be easier for them to achieve their goals.
Training: In her work, she uses the knowledge and skills gained during studies, courses and experience gained in working with patients. In order to broaden her workshop, she constantly deepen her knowledge on courses and trainings in the field of urogynecology and perinatal physiotherapy.
Other: Privately, she is interested in female sexuality, especially changes occurring in this sphere during and after pregnancy. Her mission is to teach a woman to accept her body and assume a new role – being a mother.
