Experience: She graduated from the University of Wrocław in the fields of psychology (one-time master’s studies) and criminology (bachelor’s studies), as well as the University of Health Sciences in Bydgoszcz in the field of post-graduate studies in pedagogical preparation. She gained experience in working with clients by carrying out individual consultations, providing psychological support, conducting psychoeducation, as well as numerous workshops and interventional activities, including in a social welfare home, kindergarten, prisons.

Treatment: At work, she uses cognitive-behavioral techniques, and integrates various approaches and methods to adapt them to the individual needs of the client.

Training and scientific work: She tries to constantly improve his qualifications by participating in various types of training, such as: Solution focused therapy, Cognitive and behavioral therapeutic techniques in CBT therapy, Schema therapy, Suicide and self-harm – diagnosis, intervention and psychological help, Trauma prevention and support for post-trauma development, as well as by participating in a 4-year school of cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at the Cognitive Institute in Krakow.
