Experience: She graduated from psychology at the SWPS University in Wrocław and special education at the University of Lower Silesia in Wrocław. Currently, she participates in a 4-year training in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at the School of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy of the CBT-EDU Center in Warsaw.

Treatment: The main approach she uses in her work is Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy (CBT). The techniques of the so-called the third wave: acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), schema therapy (ST), and compassionate therapy (CFT). It is important for her to integrate techniques and the best use of them to the individual needs of the client.

Membership: She is a member of the Polish Society for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy.

Other: In psychotherapeutic work, an authentic relationship between the client and the therapist, based on mutual trust and respect, as well as an individual approach to each person using help is extremely important for her. Professionalism allows her to provide services at the highest level.
