Specialization: Dietetics and Psychodietetics.
Education: Graduated from Pharmacy at the Medical University of Wrocław, Food Technology and Human Nutrition at the University of Life Sciences in Wrocław.
Treatment: Dietary practice focuses on people who want to improve their eating habits. Dietotherapeutic support for overweight and obese people, as well as people with insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, irritable bowel syndrome and women with polycystic ovary syndrome. It helps cancer patients to establish the optimal diet during treatment and recovery after cancer therapy. In psychodietetic practice, she is involved in helping people with eating disorders: anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating. She also supports parents in building correct habits in children and adolescents.
Main area of interest: She is interested in the influence of nutritional factors on the risk of developing non-communicable diseases, drug-food interactions and appetite regulation.
Trainings and scientific work: She has completed a number of trainings in the field of psychodietetic support, incl. psychodietetic internship at the Institute of Psychodietetics in Wrocław. For several years she has been working scientifically and didactically in the area of dietetics.
Membership: Member of the Human Nutrition Science Committee at the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Polish Society of Dietetics.
